Compuesto de grabaciones en vivo y en estudio, The Process of Weeding Out (cualquier referencia a cierta canción de cierta banda es totalmente fortuita y no nos hacemos cargo de ella) consta de tres secciones ambient/noise en las que el trío (en este disco quinteto) construye y destruye sus composiciones yendo del orden al caos y de vuelta al orden.
